Q: Would this work on the 10w xtool diode laser?

No. It is for blocking 800nm to 1100nm wavelength and the Xtool is 450nm. It looks like the Xtool has a light shield attached to the lens so that should catch most any stray emissions. If you do want additional protection, you need something blocking the lower wavelengths.
