Really Helpful Posters
The laminated posters are super clear and easy to follow. I mean, remembering all those exercises can be a real headache, but now it's like having a cheat sheet right there on my wall. No more messed up routines or bad form, it's all laid out in front of me. They've made my workouts a lot easier

Very useful
I have a functional trainer but have felt lost using it until I ordered these posters. I pick the exercises that I want to do and develop a program. I use a dry erase pen to mark the order I want to do them in. I love how this poster tells me what part of the body each exercise works on. I look forward to my workout now because I have a set goal or program to follow and finish.

Imperfect but handy
One side of these posters is supposed to have a horizontal version while the vertical version is on the other side. However one of the posters that I got has the same version on both sides. The quality control Department of this company definitely missed something there. However the print qualities are good and easy to understand

Perfect!
I really like these posters and have purchased them in the past for my home gym. I like having visuals next to each workout area so I can incorporate new or different movements into my exercises. The poster is high quality, easy to see, and the workout demonstrations are clear and easy to interpret.

Not that great.
I am adding to my home gym and thought this would be good for a few blank walls. They have diagrams on both sides which is crazy. All I can say is that covers the walls. I would not buy it again.
