Terminal Case of Chromebook
I thought I could save it, but the game was rigged from the start by virtue of being a Chromebook. OS is garbage, components are permanent, feels lighter than my toaster oven which is a shame because my toaster oven also smells better. Literally buy anything else, but not a Chromebook. A payday loan is a better decision.

You get what you pay for: prepare to return them! BUT if not defective, they work well
I purchased 5 laptops for political phonebanking this year. All the laptops needed to do was run a Chrome browser, could run Zoom, and be able to have functional audio/USB ports for headsets. The laptops are super cheap, I didn't need anything fancy.Long story short I returned 2 of the 5. One simply wouldn't get past the setup stage, the other one didn't have working audio on either the audio jack or USB.The rest worked great and have been used in multiple phonebanks with no problems.If you are planning on doing a lot of real work on a Chromebook, I would advise not getting this one. They run ok, but they are very slow, and they would probably become unreliable and out of date faster than a newer, more expensive one.

Best Chromebook on the market for this price range
I've had several Chromebooks and this is the best one! It runs so much better in every way. It even still has regular updates. Most come with one and that's it. I absolutely love this!
