I have tried other prebiotics/probiotics and could not tell that they helped me very much. But these are wonderful. My constant indigestion has improved so much and I am comfortable and can be more active! I have put these on auto ship.

These were good probiotics. They helped with bloating and regularity. They were easy to swallow and tasteless. The only con was they were pricier for a smaller bottle but they were effective.

Been using this Probiotic for years. Very good price, easy to swallow, zero taste or smell. I keep mine in fridge, not sure if needed just me. Highly recommended

As a woman in her 3rd trimester..this product has been extremely helpful. Been taking for a month. The first 2 weeks there was some discomfort but after that, no more extra bloat or other issues that many woman in their 3rd trimester face.
