Works as described. It is quick heat the water. It folds up easily and small for traveling. The price was great. It’s very durable. The power light is bright and easy to see.

I purchased for a work camping trip. When I opened it there was a bunch of what looked to be sand inside the bag holding the item inside the main box... Very confusing. I didn't want to return due to not receiving another in time for my trip. Just weird.

Perfect item for my son away at college. Very convenient - with fold away design - genius! I am sure he’ll take it out on his hiking trips. A*

Pros:The product arrived in time for my trip to Africa. It was exactly as described in the description.I was extremely excited to be making tea every morning without disturbing others to boil water for me.I was surprised at how quickly the water boiled. Please be prepared to unplug the unit quickly.Cons:The fill line is hard to detect due to black on black writing.The product malfunctioned after 2 uses. The power light comes on, but the product does not heat.Please do not leave product unattended during use. You should watch the water boil and make sure the unit is off before enjoying your warm water.

Received on time. Boils water in such a short time. Can make tea or coffee for two to three people with small mugs. Works great!

I’ve tried everything—vinegar, baking soda, boiling water, cold water, warm water. That rubbery silicone smell just won’t go away. I have a strong feeling this is very low-grade silicone. It’s labeled “food grade,” but I’m still wary.That said, the build quality is solid, and it actually performs better than advertised. However, the overwhelming silicone smell is hard to ignore.Mine is the black version, and I’ve heard concerns about black silicone before—I’d be really curious to hear if others have had the same experience.

This product is as advertised. Heating the silicone kinda freaks me out, so, I’m only using it a few times a year in my rv. Product came in a tattered box missing parts per usual via Amazon these days. Wasn’t even worth contacting them.

Very handy to have for hotel travel and camping. Heats up quickly. Just be careful when pouring to avoid the steam. We are quite pleased with this little kettle!
