We bought these for power outages. Last night power went out due to storms. We used 2 of them, 1 for living room & 1 for bathroom. They worked great & I loved not having to worry about burning candles or dealing with the heat they put off. Picture is of it in my lamp now recharging for storms tonight. We also keep one in our cellar for tornado weather

Great little safety bulbs! I have one in my den in a lamp I turn on every night so it stays charged up. We had a huge thunder storm the next day and the power went off and this bulb popped on so I had light to move around safely. I hung the little on-off hook attachment on the lamp under the shade so it stays handy if i want to unscrew and use as a flashlight. I also put one in my nightstand lamp because it is on for a while every night insuring it stays charged and ready for use.

Perfect in an emergency that is not drawn out like say a power outage. The fact they have a recharge is great. Love that they can work in regular sockets and build it's charge up through everyday usage. In case of power outage use sparingly especially if the power not coming back for a few days.

Estos focos los compré porque donde vivo hubo un periodo de largos cortes de luz. Terrible así que rápidamente me puse en la búsqueda. Llamaron mi atención por el precio (me pareció asequible) y porque cada foco (de los 6 que vienen en la caja) incluye un cuadrado al cual puedes conectarlo y lo hace prender. Otro punto a favor es que se cargan con la luz eléctrica. Los coloqué en la habitación máster, en el walk-in-closet, en las lámparas de mesa, en la cocina y en el comedor.Muy útiles para espacios como el walk-in-closet y para las lámparas de mesa PERO para espacios amplios y que se necesita buena luz y mantenerlos prendidos más tiempo, como la cocina, no porque no iluminan mucho y en pocas horas disminuye la intensidad. Esta es mi única inconformidad. De ahí, nada más en realidad.Los mantengo en los mismos espacios y sirven muy bien. Actualmente, ya no hay cortes prolongados. El otro día hubo uno causado por las lluvias intensas pero duró poco y durante ese tiempo los volví a utilizar. Funcionaron muy bien. Si volviese a comprar, compraría la misma marca pero unos focos con mayor iluminación (12W pienso que sería mejor). Igual me mantendré usando estos que resultaron muy bien.

Los focos tienen una intensidad aceptable son practicos para llevar a cualquier parte, la parte de la recarga no la he hecho todavia muchas personas tendran dificultades al recargar xq segun vi el manual no es muy claro las indicaciones de como se recarga

Every household needs these. During a recent storm, I lost electricity but I wasnt in the dark due to having these. It made life so much better. No flashlights or candles. The lights are bright enough to light up the room. Great value

Not as functional as I thought. Wish I would have read description more. These charge when light is on. Then when you turn the light off they remain on because of the charge and slowly dim until dark. So it seems like you have to charge them all fully leaving lights on for them to fully charge (wasting electricity). That "charge" lasts about 3-4 hours before it's completely dark. So essentially that's all the time you have to use them if electricity were to go out, which is why I got them (in case of emergency if lights went out). So I'm ok with the purchase but not happy with it.

I like these portable lightbulbs that don’t operate with batteries. You charge them on any lamp with a socket. Turn them on and take with you anywhere you want around the house where there may be no light fixtures. You can put them in your vehicle practically anywhere you want. Every time I use them, I turn them off and it lasts pretty good. Wherever there’s no light, you can hang one in there wherever you want to for easy access.
