Great quality and Affordable Algae Oil
Same quality algae oil as other brands but more affordable. They don't have a strong fishy smell either. The packaging isn't aesthetically pleasing however it's what's inside that matters to me personally!

BEST VALUE
I'm one of those people who browse through all the search results to find the best value vegan product. The important criteria here are the price (obviously) and the amount of EPA and DHA.The EPA and DHA here is as high as any other vegan omega 3 supplement, while the price per capsule is among the lowest (by 50% in some cases!).The human body doesn't need much oil: it's around 2% of calories: and most fatty acids (found in dietary oils) can be produced by the body from other oils or fats. Omega 3 and Omega 6 are the two oils which the body cannot manufacture from other oils, so they're considered essential.Omega 6 is plentiful. Omega 3 is much rarer. Worse than that; the essential metabolites of Omega 3 (EPA and DHA) don't convert from Omega 3 efficiently, so it's a sensible safeguard to supplement them. And this is the best-value product to do just that.

Recent studies show.....
With so many Vegans now adopting the plant based approach it is becoming more an more important to get this vital supplement in one of the three forms available.Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA): This is the plant-based form of omega-3 found in flaxseeds, chia seeds, walnuts, and hemp seeds. The body can convert ALA into EPA and DHA, but this conversion is inefficient.Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA): This is a marine-based omega-3 found in fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, and sardines. EPA is linked to various health benefits, including heart health and reduced inflammation.Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): This is another marine-based omega-3 found in fatty fish, algae, and krill oil. DHA is essential for brain and eye development, especially during infancy and childhood. It's important to note that while ALA can be converted into EPA and DHA, the conversion rate is low.Consuming EPA and DHA directly from marine sources or supplements is generally considered more beneficial for overall health since the body can have a low efficiency of conversion to ALA and EPA.By taking these supplements we can give ourselves the best chance of maintain those ALA and EPA levels. It is worth mentioning that recent studies also show a correlation between cognitive impairment and low Omega 3 levels. After researching this for some time and checking al the products available, this one is very good value for money and also made in the UK. Being made from Algae oil means although it is ALA and EPA no animals were harmed in its production, so its vegan. It is also gluten freeMy only concern (as with most supplements) is the lack of clarity on third party testing. With so many heavy metals in our waters without third part testing for purity we are essentially hoping the any metal contamination is low and below any thresholds likely to be a health issue. Aside from that I do like this product and at around £7 per month (taking 2 per day) offers great value too.

Easy to swallow and not fishy.
I was after some non-fishy, omega 3 oil alternatives. I tried fish oil, but they always repeated on me and I found the smell of them unpleasant. I've been taking these for a few days now and they seem great. They don't have much of a smell, they're easy to swallow and they haven't caused any digestion issues.
