Best (E)EPROM Programmer known to (wo)men but let down by software dialling home
This is the perfect programmer for EPROMs and EEPROMs. Technical Support from the manufacturer is good, as is support for the chips thus far tried on the device. However, the software establishes an outgoing connection to the manufacturer's servers EVERY TIME a chip is selected from the menu. No idea what telemetry is being sent to the motherland, but it is rather annoying whilst one is busy.

Very low quality other than the programmer.
Terrible. All the packaging had clearly already been openend and this is supposed to be new. The eprom programmer looked like it had been used 100s of times already and the build quality was pathetic and not like the one pictured. Cheap plastic - worse than the plastic toy till my daughter has. Worse than that, the drawer has a big hole in the front of it as if it is supposed to have a handle. It also has a US plug with no UK adapter - how can I use that in the UK without spending more? Correct, I can't. The adapter looks like it has been apart a good few times as all the screw heads are sheared. It looks like the adapter has possibly refurbished as the green plastic is a different shade of green from one socket to the other. I would suggest ordering the programmer on its own and sourcing the other parts seperately.
