A good way to make sure you are getting all your fruits and veggies.
I took these for 30 days and noticed an increase in my energy levels. They are in capsules and can be a bit difficult to swallow but I take them all at once. I don't expect these to have a really pleasant taste and they don't but it's not something that would stop me from continuing to take every day. Try these and you should see the increase in your daily energy levels.

The vitamins are good, when you open the bottles you smell the fruits and the vegtables. I take them after dinner. The price is a great value. I don’t like vegetables so these are a great substitute, will buy them again definitely

Solid way to get some fruits and veggies
The fruit ones didn't taste bad at all, the veggie ones had a very potent smell to them though that left a lingering not-so-pleasant taste. The dosage is a bit on the large side with 3 pills but they give you enough of a supply. No ill effects from taking these, but can't say I noticed any benefits either. Not sure if this is because I've already switched over to healthier eating habits but it also doesn't break down what the quantity of each ingredient is: only 3 different blends of about 5-7 different ingredients and a total mg serving for each blend. Based on that and the fact that there is no nutritional value listed, I don't know if these are worth the money - for me I personally do not think so, but everyone's body is different and you may have a better experience.

Just started taking this product and it is a much better value and more beneficial than the expensive Balance of Nature product.

Update
The seller reached out and offered a full refund.Both my husband and I had to stop taking these because of the gas they produce. Didn't realize at the time of purchase that they are not returnable.

These pills weren’t very well! You’ll feel better after a couple days of taking them!

Love the fruits!
Like the product very much. Had to reduce the veggie dose to one per day, but for the cost they are worth the investment.
