Do Not Buy if Subtitles or CC are a required feature.
Not a very good product. It has major issued with setting up subtitles. The remote is virtually useless. Do not buy this model. The manufacturer has never even attempted to fix the issues with the subtitle set up or other flaws.

Terrible Experience - Defective Product and Unfair Charges
I purchased this IPTV Box expecting a smooth experience, but it turned out to be a nightmare. From the moment I set it up, the box was faulty, constantly flickering and making it impossible to use. After troubleshooting with no success, I decided to return it. To my shock, the seller charged a hefty 20% restocking fee even though the product was clearly defective! This is completely unfair and unacceptable. I’m reporting this to Amazon Seller Support. Beware before purchasing from this seller—you're at risk of losing money on a defective product.
