Great way to cook bacon to the way you like it and cleans well in the dishwasher.

First off, it’s a great idea.Next is the actual execution, and that’s where it all goes a bit sideways for me.The lid isn’t clear plastic, so you can’t peek at the action. You have to just let it run the course and hope for the best.The lid is also really difficult to get a firm hold of. It’s a sort of slippery plastic, unlike the Systema one, which has an actual knob type handle.It sort of works, but it’s a bit hot and miss. I find the same bacon (I only eat Naked Unsmoked Bacon) will need different cooking times.I don’t understand that - but if I could see through the lid it would help me gauge better when to intervene.It does indeed clean up in the dishwasher and it does - more or less - cook your bacon.It’s not that great, but it will have to do I suppose.

Unfortunately slightly too big for my rotating plate microwave but did the job anyway

It is great for cooking bacon with no splatter, but doesn't crisp the bacon enough for me.Would recommend as it is a much cleaner way to cook bacon 😊

Proper bacon? Not so much

Does shrink the bacon the more crispy you want bacon. Have to be careful and remove from microwave with cloth as it gets very hot (not good).Fat falls into grooves, that need to be wiped out with kitchen roll before washing, other than that, fairly easy as nothing gets stuck to it. May try to cook otheer foods in it at a later date.

You definitely can get get crispy bacon with this. Just takes a couple of times to work out timings. Easy clean up. I pour the leftover fat into jar and use it for jacket potatoes. Very crispy.

It works but only with streaky bacon. Back bacon doesn't seem to work
