Loved this! Purchased for special needs adult and the new quickly wore off. But for a kid or adult who needs a doodler, this one is fun and requires some moving, which I thought would incentivize our sedentary adult. Although it bumps surfaces or walls, not a problem with marring.

What a great little gift for a kid. Super easy to use, lights up so you never have to worry about losing it, it's safe so you don't get your fingers smacked by the propellers, it's versatile where you can play with it by yourself and angle it and have it come back to you like a yoyo without a string or you can play catch with it with two three four five. We've had ours now for several months and it's still working still charges and the battery normally doesn't die until we're about ready to be done playing with it anyways, and it charges pretty quick. So I'd say overall this is a quality toy and a good fun toy for any child or any family with children. Or any adult that feels like a child on the inside, well really just this is fun for anybody

This ball is actually really fun! It takes some getting used to but it actually works really well. You can sctually do the boomerang and throw it back to yourself by titling it slightly to yourself or pass it across the room by titling it slightly towards them and it just floats over to them. However, it has to be thrown exactly right or it'll just spin off and go to the side or fall to the floor. It has the cage on it though so it just turns off when it hits the floor and you shake it up to restart it. When you get it right though it's really cool. Half the fun is trying to throw it right but it can be a little frustrating for younger kids because they can't figure it out as easily. My 5-year-old can't figure it out at all and my seven and eight-year-old can do it but not consistently.The battery life is not enormous but it's good for a play session. Usually by the time the battery is running out we're done with it and it recharges quickly.I do have to bump it off one star because part of the plastic cage pieces are starting to break off. It still works but little fingers can get caught in there so a couple times they've caught it and their little finger slides in and hits the fan. If the cage was a little bit more durable and held up better it would be five stars for me.

Well built, works well. Difficult to use from a chair, but it does return nicely if not to the exact spot. Well packaged and designed, with complete instructions

Had someone ask me to test out this toy to make sure it was a good gift for someone. It was unbelievably fun to play with indoors. Had the idea to take the toy outdoors to see how far it can be thrown. Unfortunately the ball TOOK OFF flying hundreds of feet in the air traveling all over the neighborhood. Sadly the ball was lost in a neighbors yar approximately 10 houes away! Overall very cool toy but I don't recommend taking it outside

This is our second time trying this ball. I thought maybe now that my son is older we’d give it another shot. Nope, still hard to use. The ball doesn’t fly. It just bounces off and lands on the ground no matter what we do. Disappointed

It's a gift. I charged and checked it for operation. I guess it had too much charge in it to just "hover", because the wind under it propelled it up, out and away where it bounced off the ceiling onto the table, then bounced to the floor. Cats and dog were scared, we all had a good chuckle.

These toys are very fun and usually a hit for everyone (kids and adults). Younger kids can play with them, but will not usually understand how to "fly" the ball and end up throwing it. Be warned that they will break something if played indoors, as they fly very unpredictably (as indended). One that we bought, the slot for the USB charger ended up dented and couldn't charge, but we still ordered more.
