It’s an excellent product for a small family or a couple. I returned it because it was too small for my family but Amazon charged me AED 109.80 for restocking. I returned it back in original condition still they charged me and I’m not happy about that….

Stopped cooling after 15 months

It's too early to say as my refrigerator was delivered just 5 hours ago. The freezer is fine but the fridge isn't what I expected. The setting was at the maximum 7 and yet I'm still waiting for it to be really cold. I will observe if it gets any cooler.I noticed just a very shallow dent on the right panel though but it's insignificant.The guys helped to fix the handles and told me to keep the box for now in case of returns and observe it for one hour for cooling. I really appreciated their help.

The product is good, runs smoothly without a sound/noise. Beautiful and convenient for a single person. ThanksIt could be mishandling either in the warehouse or delivery. I received the refrigerator with an ugly dent on the side.🥹

First day review (I will update if malfunction or function changes significantly):This is good for one person.It's very light: I carried the unit vertically myself upstairs with not any problem. (I have seen/carried much heavier & smaller fridges).It is very small (compared to what the photos look like), so check the dimensions before you buy. (dimensions are in photos and details).Fine for one person.Fridge section goes down to to -0.5c.The global standard temperature suggested for all fridges is 4.0c - so it passes this test.The freezer section is freezing well.It is quiet, but not silent, there is a very small buzzing sound when it is operating.I purchased a used version here on amazon and saved 100 AED, it only has one dent in the side of it.I am happy with the purchase and I will use this unit.

I know I bought it used but it was still in good condition according to the description but I didn't expect that the fridge would be given to me without a stand. I was just disappointed with the missing stand because I had to find something to support it just to level the refrigerator. I just don't understand why it needs to be posted for sale when there's a missing parts.

Ok product. Quality of material I fell is lower tha the 93ltr.A few things could be better, the door does seal close ..you have to ensure its closed every. The space adjustment is not effective. The drain at the rare end makes a gap between the vegetables drawers and that space is a a waste you can't store much, may be an egg tray at max.It's deep and glass shelf not steady.External handle are delicate plastic.It's been 2 months since I got the frideg and it's compressor makes lots of noise, its annoying sometimes at night. The ice accumulates at the back of the fridge. I remove a star and add this to the review

nikai brand is very bad because the compressors work maximum 2 years and after they break and fixing it is like buying new instead is same price (thats why its cheap dont be tempted by price) unlike other international brands which last like 10 yrs itll break after 2. this is worst fridge experience i had. dont advise to buy this brand at all. better add a few hundred aed and u wont have to replace it every 2 yrs. and warranty is only 1 year.
