Can the tap be toggled on and off using the ir sensor, i mean one wave to turn on, another to turn off? otherwise how do we fill the sink if required?

To fill the sink you would need to keep your hand in front of the sensor

New tap plumbed in this week but very low hot water flowing. Is ther a solution

Hi, we had exactly the same problem and after speaking to Grohe Customer Services the tap is not suitable for a low pressure system, so if you’ve not got hot water under mains pressure it won’t work. And unfortunately they don’t make a tap like this that works with a low pressure system. Hope this helps.
