Same as Metamucil but so much cheaper! Take it daily and you will feel lighter, healthier, and it helps to keep you full so you don't over eat. Quality item.

I usually use the Equate brand that is really good. This one does the trick, but does seem as effective. Overall not bad though.

I mix this with the unflavored I get from my government Rx because the unflavored is not so palatable. 1 tbsp over-flavors 12 oz of water.

I have tried other brands and actually like Kirkland's best, and it costs less. I will say it is best to drink as fast as possible, if not it gets very thick and difficult to swallow. I have been using products like this, changed my diet and exercise and was able to lower my cholesterol. I will be ordering again.
