So far, love this machine. Has helped my knees in less than a week.
The media could not be loaded. I am 75 years old, and for a woman my age, I am in excellent health, don't have a weight problem, and in good condition physically. I have had a persistent problem with my knees and legs for a few years that have gotten worse as I age. The problem has been that my knees and legs feel shaky when going down stairs and I sometimes get shots of pain in my knees when going down stairs - especially if I am carrying any kind of weight.A couple of years ago, my bone density tests showed mild osteoporosis which has improved the last couple of years because of the lifting I do in growing veggies in my basement. My doctor told me that daily lifting the weight I do has helped with this, but my legs and hips still needed some improvement. I knew this since I was experiences a lot of aches in both my hips and sometimes in my back.We had bought a couple of other exercise machines, but they required numerous adjustments and almost taking the machine apart and putting it back together for each exercise. When it's so much work to adjust a machine to use it, you tend not to use it. The benefits of any machine don't work by osmosis. You have to use them on a regular basis. For me, I don't want to lose weight or even inches. I simply wanted my legs, hips and back to get stronger and to build my bone density in these areas. I have had this machine for only a short time, but I can already feel the benefits of using it. In less than a week, my knees no longer feel shaky nor have I had any pains in my knees when going downstairs. In fact, my legs actually feel stronger than they did before using this machine. Considering my available daily time, I really don't have a lot of time to devote to exercising, but I have been diligent in doing 25 squat reps per day for the last week, and have felt an improvement in my leg and knee strength in that time. There are a number of videos on YouTube for various exercises that help with both upper and lower body muscle development. What I love about this machine is that once you set the seat and handle to your desired setting, you never have to change anything else other than the resistance. Each cable adds 22 lbs. of resistance, so you can increase the resistance as you get stronger. I started with on cable of 22 lbs., so I really felt the "burn" at 20 reps but pushed to 25 reps.Since I have had this machine a short time, this review will be a work in progress. I will definitely update the review as I have had it longer, and will also update it when I get the results of my next bone density test. In my opinion, we all get older, but we can slow the aging process and don't have to accept it.UPDATE 7/11/22:I have been using this exerciser for about 2 weeks, and have missed using it only one day. I have had to force myself to use it every day especially when I was already tired. I am still doing 25-28 reps even though it starts to hurt after 22 reps. Hopefully, I can do more reps in time, and even add one strap for another 22 pounds of resistance. Although I can honestly say exercising is not my idea of a really good time, I am happy with the results I have been experiencing. My legs are getting stronger, and I no longer have any back or hip aches - even after carrying multiple watering cans of water to water my basement garden. I am looking forward to my next bone density tests to find out if this exercise has caused improvement.UPDATE 9/01/22:I have had this exerciser for a little over 2 months. The first 3 weeks, I made a point to do 25 reps every evening. Since then, I use this exerciser at least 5 days a week, and now usually do 30 reps. My legs are definitely getting stronger as they no longer feel shaky when going down stairs. The aches in my back and hips have been gone since the second week of using this machine. Admittedly, exercising at 1 am, which is when I do it after working in my basement garden, I usually have to force myself to do it. It's all too easy to not do it because I don't feel like it - I never feel like doing the exercise. I make myself continue because it is building my strength and, hopefully, increasing my bone density. My Mom lived to almost 101 years, and when everyone wanted to leave her in a wheelchair, we encouraged her, and helped her, to walk. I believe this helped her to live longer. I am hoping to remain mobile for as long, or longer, than my mother. I do believe that what we do now to maintain our health can increase our lives and quality of life as we get older.I hope this review was helpful for you.

Great Piece Of Fitness Equipment.
This thing does exactly what the product description says it does. I'll be retiring in a couple years from a physically demanding job. I'm in much better shape than most people my age. What I was looking for, was a piece of fitness equipment that would help me maintain my current level of fitness without having to go to the gym, because I don't want to become one of those old guys who can barely get off the couch. The Sunny Fitness Row and Ride fits the bill perfectly. After I assembled it (which took 20 - 30 minutes) I hopped on just to give it a test drive. Wow. With none of the tension bands attached, I was really feeling it in my legs and glutes after just a few reps. I could also feel a nice stretch in my lower back. The lower body workout with this machine is excellent. It's a well-made piece of equipment that will last for years. It's not going to solve all your fitness needs, but it's a calorie burner for sure that provides an outstanding lower body workout. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. It makes a great addition to any home gym, and the price is amazingly low. I could see something like this Row and Ride going for over $200 easily. If you buy it, you won't be disappointed......Edit. After watching some videos on YouTube and following those workouts, I can say that this Row and Ride is indeed a full body workout. It takes high reps for the upper body part, but it gets it done.

good value
the instructions were a little hard to read. there’s some slight movement and therefore noise but nothing insane or super loud. it takes a few minutes for me to start feeling it with 3 bands but i sure do feel it. i just got it and put it together so if anything changes (good or bad) ill update this. also side note i was so excited for this to get here that i updated the shipping speed and paid $10 for it to get here early. it worked and it got here within a day. wow. it’s a pretty nice size when it’s out but it’s manageable when it’s folded. i’ll probably put it between my dresser and the wall when i’m not using it. it’s not super aesthetically pleasing but it’s workout equipment lol i want to be the aesthetically pleasing thing. definitely use a mat or something similar to help with grip! for what i paid, im pretty happy.
