Cover ripped but seller refunded
I'm editing my review because although the problem is the same (ripped cover), the seller did provide me with a full refund so I have given an extra star for their generosity and not wanting me to undo it all and send it back at my expense.Thank you - I really appreciate that.Needs to have a different type of cover on it. It has ripped at one of the corners due to the sharp wooden edges and poor stitching.BUT, although it took a while for my 17 year old Lhasa and 18 year old Maine Coon to get used to it, it is the ideal size for them to get onto the sofa.

Functional
Poorly made with rough edges on steps. Cover difficult to get on as keeps getting caught on steps. Not the best but functional . Needs to be a very small dog as steps not very wide. Would be better with 2 steps and a bigger rise

Made of wood with sharp hard edges!
This item is not suitable for a dog running up and down stairs if when assembled the edges of the stairs are hard even with the cover over them. Potentially dangerous. What's then more annoying is the charge for returning the item. Really poorly put together. cheap and not fit for purpose.
