I am really noticing a difference in my cognitive ability in the office taking these. I typically don’t eat the foods that are high in PQQ so I figured I would try out a PQQ supplement. I tried another highly rated PQQ brand before this and it didn’t seem to have an effect so my thoughts were I didn’t need it, or it didn’t have a beneficial effect on me, but then I saw this brand providing the third party certificates of analysis, and figured I would give it a try, and I am happy I did. Five stars, I appreciate the standards and quality, it’s also good to know it has non detectable heavy metal levels.

I like it. I take it at night before bed. Certainly seems to help with sleep after about 5 days.

Good value for the price if this is a supplement you are curious about or if it's been recommended to you. For me, I didn't notice any effects positive or negative.

Some individuals may notice immediate benefits while others don't notice any benefits. As all capsules, mae sure to drink enough water when taking to make sure it immediately reaches the stomach. There is no after taste.Although I personally have not physically felt any benefits yet, I know this varies from person to person. However, to know there is at least great antioxidant and mitochondrial work, is a plus for me. I am still waiting for the congnitive enhancement, though. One word of caution to those with hypertension. This is a disodium salt which has the potentiality to increase systolic and diastolic blood pressure.

I thought that might get you attention! Here's the thing, I'm a senior and still working as hard or harder than when half my age. (So much for that retirement thing I imagined long ago) In any case, I am real big on natural and keeping mentally, physically active pushing the boundaries still. So of course this product caught my attention and with a little research said ok, I can see that helping for the long run. And after being a 3 year full time care taker for my mother with dementia / alzheimer's, trust me, living with it and seeing that is a pretty sobering experience to motivate you in advance for better self-care.Now I recently finished up a pretty intense three month long computer web based project with some work days going into 20 / 22 hrs long only to restart again which also ended up including working with an AI program designed for computer language coding. These open work sessions with the AI program left some work/chat windows open somethings for 30, 40 hours on certain and multiple projects over several days which amounted to deep problem solving, many approaches, dead ends, big gains, and a lengthy history of accumulated topics and data to reflect upon.To my amazement and possibly the results of using this product, I would constantly catch the AI program dismissing (or in our terms forgetting) passed materials covered, failed problem solving attempts, redundant coding attempts the same or repeated coding the same just coded differently getting same results, plus overall lack of AI comprehension spanning long periods of time. Then the AI program would thank me for pointing things out to it, whereas I was using it for obviously the reverse purpose. Half the time it felt like I was in a mental chess game with the AI program forcing it to focus and refocus at problem at hand, instead of the problems at hand needing solutions I was focused on. Needless to say, I do feel this product and others I use for mental clarity are yielding some beneficial results. And I intend to continue with supplements that assist in these areas as the alternative is something that trust me you do not want to ever consider affecting your later year cognitive abilities that unfortunately is the reality of many. So I have to give this product a thumbs up from that stand point alone and also I feel I did notice a difference bouncing my mental faculties against AI while catching it losing portions of topics in physical chat memory at its disposal it should have not lost, while I kept all the same, but in my mind. If I could have shoved a couple of these pills into my computer and into the AI program to help it out at times, it may have kept me from using some language at it that some would call obscene. Good thing it was just the two of us !

I just started this supplement, as I came off another regimen and I don't want to confuse the results.I’ve researched this supplement and see that its cognitive benefits are good, and with only taking one capsule a day and 120 caps in this bottle, means I will be getting 4 months of benefits. I like that they are small too, easy to swallow.I can see that they have a 3rd party testing information listed on the seller’s page. That’s always a good marker of a genuine supplement, albeit that you could fake it. But I believe this one is genuine.So here is what I know about this supplement’s benefits for me, it may act as an antioxidant, helps with mitochondria (repairing and making more), could help with diabetes (also associated with mitochondria issues), inflammation, and most of all a nootropic that benefits me at my age and family history.I will definitely be updating this review when I see those benefits!Currently priced at $23.95, a really good price for the number of capsules and the benefits…
