The shelf life is long. The heat level was perfect. The size is perfect as well. The protein content yes. I loved the texture. As well as the quality was great.

Tasty and good value
It's the chef! Has great shelf life, it's easy to prepare or eat straight out of the can hot or cold. The sauce is kind of thick not all watery. It's still a good value for the money.

Not as good as I remembered it growing up. They either changed the recipe of the sauce or my taste buds are shot. Since all the other foods I taste are the same as I remember; I'm going with recipe is changed.
