The media could not be loaded. We LOVE this sink! The design is beautiful and very human. Shipping did take a long time and installation was a process since it’s smaller than our previous sink, but WOW it’s worth it. The inside of the basin has the same pattern as a popular (and expensive) brand of non-stick pots and pans safe to use metal utensils in (you know the brand) and it does come with all the parts and pieces shown which are also good quality. It’s absolutely beautiful but you do have to be something of a tradesman to install it because the other reviewers are right about the instructions. Anyway, enjoy an easy to clean sink with an incredibly modern look and feel.

Instructions were useless. None of the lines fit tight when it came from the factory. But once it was done, I love it.

It takes forever to get here because they don't tell you it comes from China. When it arrives there is one sheet of instructions and it's all in Chinese. I wrote and asked for instructions in English and received a picture of the sink. I'm so disappointed I don't know if we will ever use it because it's causing us to do a remodel for it to fit.

Looks great. Thick and solid. I like the blue light that lights up, on need to connect to electric. The knob that turns the water hot and cold is very hard to move, sometimes impossible. I tried to loosen the nut that holds it down as much as possible until water started to leak and it was still very very hard to move. You have to get a separate hookup, like a revers osmosis to use the water dispenser for drinking. I didn't like the drain that comes with it. I wanted a garbage disposal. It took some modifying but I finally was able to hook up a garbage disposal. But now there is a useless knob that was used to close the drain.

I purchased this sink almost 2 months ago and never recieved it. Everything I check tracking it only tells me it shipped. I can't even find a way to get a refund. I really liked this sink but.. .

I love this sink. I had to make a major modifications to my counter since this sink is smaller, but once the counter was fixed, I found a video to help me install it. It looks daunting, but it's really easy plug and play assembly. There is a small leak that I'm still trying to locate, but it's not constant. Make sure to tighten everything properly. My wife is happy, I'm happy, and it's beautiful.
