I’ve been taking two 600 mg Fadogia agrestis capsules each morning before workouts. They’re easy to swallow with no aftertaste. Since starting, I’ve noticed slightly higher energy during training, quicker recovery between sets, and more consistent strength with fewer fatigue dips. The pure root extract comes in simple packaging with a secure screw-top lid, keeping everything fresh.

I've been on and off these and that's probably not ideal but I have felt a moderate increase in energy levels.Possibly a Placebo effect, others seem convinced.I'm surprised to be honest as I didn't expect much.They're quite expensive, all supplements are I suppose, but money well spent if it works for you.There easy enough to swallow and I didn't notice any side effects at all.

If you do some research there are studies that have findings where supplementing with Fadogia is shown to increase testosterone levels and although I haven't proven it works via bloodwork from the way I feel and results I've been getting I think it does.This bottle contains 60 capsules, enough for a month worth if taking 2 a day which is 1200mg which is a good dosage.Give it a try, ensure this is your only variable and I'm sure you will find you have a performance boost.Happy to recommend

I've got pretty good at judging the results from various supplements. Pretty much right away I noticed a difference to my energy levels with this one, both during intensive strength workouts, and the speed of recovery afterwards.Supplements are difficult to review on amazon as you often have to be taking them for an extended period of time before experiencing any benefits, and there is a limited amount of time on which to post an amazon vine review.There are 60 standard sized capsules in the tub, A serving size is 1-2 per day, so this will last between 1-2 months depending on the dose you take. Been taking this Fadogia Agrestis supplement for a few weeks now. I can definitely feel it working - more energy during workouts and better recovery times. The 1200mg dosage seems to hit the sweet spot, and I appreciate that it's lab tested and natural. However, the initial adjustment period was a bit rough with some sleep disruption for the first few days. The capsules are on the larger side, which might be an issue if you struggle with swallowing pills. Worth mentioning that even though it's effective, it's pretty expensive compared to similar supplements. While I'm seeing good results with my training, I'm still on the fence about whether I'll buy it again.

Got this for my husband whose always looking for the next best thing to help performance in the gym. As a former long-distance swimmer he still prioritises training and nutrition to keep his fitness levels in check and Fadogia seems to be a winner! He takes 2 capsules daily as part of his supplement stack and has noticed better performance, longer endurance with swim training and an overall feeling of less stress. He'd reccomend it to anyone also naturally looking to improve performance.This small bottle contains 60 capsules and you can take 1 or 2 capsules a day which gives you a 1 month supply or 2, depending how many you take. at about £20 at time of order, it is expensive but the company boast super high quality so you are paying for a clean all natural product.

There does not seem to be a lot of evidence that it works, but a study found that it increased testosterone levels and libido in rats. It may also help fight certain bacteria.This seems a good quality vegan product with clear information. The andropause... like the menopause but for men. I mean, it makes sense, right? We all age, our bodies start to produce less hormones that we need, and we feel tired and old. My partner has been taking a few supplements recently to combat these symptoms now he is middle-aged and he is happy to continue taking them so they must be making him feel better.If you are unsure what Fadogia Agrestis is and how it can benefit the body I would suggest you do your own research before taking it.I like to take a break after I have used up a bottle of a new supplement to assess how I am feeling and then make a decision to add it back to my supplement regime if I feel it is beneficial.Importantly this supplement from Simple Science is vegan and made in the UK. It's early days yet but I am sure my partner will continue to take this supplement.
