Makes neck sore but fixed it myself
Love this soon as I put it on , my neck pain felt better, although , as others have said. It's rough on chin, so improvised, cut foot off a long fluffy sock and covered it . Shouldn't really have to do this , hence my lower score, now comfortable enough to sleep in.

Great support
I have cervical spondylitis & prolapsed discs at times in my neck. It’s effective with real relief & support just where you need it to be.This collar is just the right size. I ordered 2. One cream & one Black.I have given 4 stars, because I would have also bought washable covers for them. But no one seems to think about that do they.Would be a very handy addition to the purchase.

Avoid, nothing like the description
It's hard and solid not shaped to fit a neck, unusable waste of money.

Very stiff and digs into the neck
I found this product very stiff and uncomfortable, and at times it feels like a plank of wood wrapped around my neck. It also digs into the neck under the jawbone. I have since searched for and found a much more comfortable replacement. It is worth bearing in mind that neck collars are a very individual thing, and what works fine for one person may be intolerable for another.
