I bought this for my boyfriend who regularly complains of knee pain. I am someone who normally sits cross-legged or some variation of it, and a few months after this purchase I developed a persistent tingling sensation in my left shin at night. It didn't help that the week after it started, my leg banged against a couple things by accident. The tingling went on for about 3 weeks and my symptoms were getting worse. I was concerned and getting annoyed, so I looked into remedies to calm my suspected nerve inflammation. I decided to replace running with more walking, try to uncross/unbend my legs more, and at night I elevated my leg on a pile of blankets, wrapped the brace around my shin, and put the light setting low on for awhile. Ever since the first night I did this, my tingling has gone away. I am so grateful for this device!

This is a great product! I absolutely love it and I have been telling all my friends about it. I have a meniscus tear in my knee and it has halted my usual running. My orthopedic surgeon said he will not operate on my knee as I am too young for knee surgery and that it would not help me to relieve the pain. I was asked to do physical therapy which helped but I still had pain in my knee. I bought this knee on January 3 2025. I am writing this review on May 14 2025. I have been waiting to see how good or effective it is. I absolutely love it. I used it three times a day the first week and I could walk and in March 25 I jogged 8 miles and in April I ran 10 miles. I continue to do my p.t. exercises at home and I use this now may be once or twice a week. I absolutely love this red light therapy knee brace.

The heat is only above the knee, and the vibrator is strong. Mostly, I use it without the vibrator. The instructions only mention the 1-5 settings, but it has a 6th setting. I am not sure what it does, so I only use 5. Has help my knee feel better sometimes. However, it does not seem to help with the flow of lymph from the lower leg.

Have had recurring issues with both knees due to surgery and overall active lifestyle. This brace has been like a miracle since day 1. If I remember to use it on a daily basis, I do not have any soft tissue discomfort in my knees at all and I've had no negative side-effects from using it. It's easy to put on and take off, the controls are easy to use, and the battery lasts long enough for at least six sessions (if not more). I have even used it on my lower leg/calves.I have recommended this to a friend, who has had positive results, and would do so again.

I injured my knee years ago and tried stretching, massage, myofascia, braces, and even strength training. Walking became possible, but jogging still caused pain. After trying this red light therapy device, I noticed gradual pain relief. It’s not dramatic, but consistent use has eased my symptoms. A helpful tool in my recovery routine.

Amazing product for my knees. After 2 days at twice daily treatments, I am walking normally again. Very easy to use. Very comfortable heat and massage features.

This is not an instant fix for pain. It will, most of the time, take a week or so to see results. My husband has noticed better movement and less pain. He said he can feel the heat and enjoys each session.
