Missing items
This product is missing a tonne of things that was advertised before purchase. In fact, I am able to see that the packages were opened and stuff taken out before shipping. There was only 1 5ml needle with syringe, 1 butterfly needle and 2 tourniquet. The arm and stand was there however the other small things like needles and other small essentials that was in the display pic is missing. Very disappointed. False advertising!

Good arm needs some tweaking
Grateful for my paramedic husband who also used to teach IV starts for AMR. He knew a trick to making the arm function better without a messy drip pan. We used an empty IV fluid bag and attached it to the exit port and filled the hanging bucket. When ready to practice we simply open both sides and when the bucket is empty we switch them out.

Perfect for practice
Currently in nursing and daughter is also becoming a phlebotomist so this is such a handy practice tool!!!!

More of a visual aide than accurate physical sijmulation
The arm looks neat, but the skin doesn't feel anything like human skin, and the veins in this thing are more like hoses. Comes with a little powder to max into fake blood, a little IV pole, and the arm with tubing, but does not come with any practice syringes or IV kits, so you will have to get those separately. In use it feels very differently from working with a live patient, so I don't really think it can be considered as serious or realistic practice, but that's just my opinion.On a separate note, if like me you realized that this isn't going to help increase your skills, it does make a great tool to annoy friends and family members with. Giving someone a little rub on the shoulder, a gentle pat on the head, or absolutely refusing to interact with them in any way that does not include the fake arm has provided me with an inordinate amount of joy over the holiday season. Do with that information what you may.
