The media could not be loaded. At first we struggled to get this working. You really need to make sure there is no air in the tube. We did this by slowly submerging the tube into the water and making sure it is full of pool water before connecting it to the filter hole inside the pool. You have to be slow and steady with it but it really does work. We went away for the weekend and came back to the bottom of our 14ft pool green. Once we shocked it with chlorine all the green was left at the bottom. In the video you can see the vacuum picking this all up. Make sure you clean the filter cartridge after.

We have a Bestway 12ft above ground rectangular frame pool. I already had a skimmer, but needed a vacuum feeding into the filter to collect the small particles that gather on the floor, especially if you use a clarifier on the water, rather than the vacuum attached to a hose which would then add more water and only captures leaves, etc.Our pump is the smaller 330g version. This setup will work with that, but it is fiddly to get the pump creating suction. The whole pipeline needs to be submerged and filled with water, which is tricky, as it's very long, so filling it without disturbing the sediment you want to filter out is hard - something heavy (bolts or similar) taped around the ends and middle help. It does have three sections and can be cut down, but I found that having cut one section off to make it easier to manage, it was just about six inches too short to reach the far corner of the pool. The other challenge is that the pole and brush head are very substantial so when setup our pump is a little underpowered, as the brush disturbs the sediment but there is not enough direct suction to pull it all out.My solution for our size pool was to remove the brush head and slot in a vacuum cleaner narrow crevice tool, which fits nicely in place of the brush head on the end of the filer bag and just use this by hand without the pole. This does two things - firstly, it focusses the suction without disturbing the sediment around the tool and secondly, it then just extends the reach into the far corner that I'd lost by cutting the tube down. This means that I can hoover the bottom of the pool in about 45 mins, but I get all the dirt out.In a larger pool with a stronger pump, I think this set would work well but would still be fiddly to get filled with water and started. In my setup, it's a bit overkill and I only use the tubing and filter bag, hence only 4 stars.

I am a competent DIYer.I use this with our 12’ Bestway steel pro pool and the pump that was provided with the pool (cartridge 58093).The net is fine (how could it not be).Assembly of suction brush is OK, but fiddly. Screw cap for suction catcher is not great, it can pop open mid cleaning and therefore undo everything you’ve done.In terms of function, I think the brush does a better job at spreading and dispersing the dirt (and therefore giving the illusion it has been sucked up) rather than sucking it up. I even cut one of the lengths of the hose off but that made no difference.Think I would do a better job underwater with a paper straw in my mouth. Sorry.

We found the item at our back door, which had arrived whilst we were out. The box was damaged and opened. We tried the product several times following the instructions and also following utube videos however there was just no suction at all and the product did not work. We have requested to send this product back and sent it 12/7/18 which cost £13.14 to do so. So overall really not worth purchasing. We are now money down 😔

Makes a rubbish Tennis Racket but is good for those hard to reach leaves in your pool (or river) when you have T-Rex arms !

Amazing results would totally recommend if you have a big pool

The pole and net are great but the vacuum is rubbish there's to much air in pipe and when I eventually managed to get most of the air out it still wasn't great
