For value, this is a very good product if you prefer liquid delivery over capsule. The taste though is not great. I have a high tolerance for taste I don’t really care personally but the other reviewers are right the taste is a 5/10

My son likes to take this when working out. He says that he feels his body recovers better when using this supplement. He says that his muscles do not say as sore for nearly as long when using. As a mom, I will continue to buy what works best for my son!

The flavor is horrible. I’ve tried to get used to it but hate it and plan to trash. It dissolves decently after a few minutes of shaking. I would not buy again.
