Freedom to zoom around
This gives an elderly person freedom to move around in Assisted Living location. Comment was the “clicking “ when engaging the wheelchair in any direction seems loud. Comfortable for a short elderly person. Best feature that was sought out in shopping for an electric wheelchair was the special foot rest that swings backwards for standing up.Have not used outside the facility so cannot speak about ease of getting around on anything but pavement or carpeting. Have not folded it up to go in a vehicle, but driver thinks it will work nicely for this as it folds more like a stroller than a regular wheelchair.

Awesome
Being 71 yrs old, I can’t walk as far as I used to. This unit is light weight enough that I can push it around the places we go and if I get tired, I can sit down and still keep up with the family! Would have liked the battery lasted longer. A wee bit expensive too.

Turns easy, very heavy
The spins and turns are sharp. Brakes are instant and good. Too heavy for most to load in and out of the car

Weight is deceiving
I was torn about what to rate this chair! It is a very nice chair, but the advertisement videos are very misleading. One place on the website states that the chair weighs 62.8 lbs. On down on the website it has a weight of 46.5 lbs. Another advertisement had 50 lbs. and also states it as ultralight. As I watched different videos with users demonstrating how they use the chair, my thought was that I could handle getting it in and out of the car based on what I saw in the videos. Two different users made it look very easy. If a person needs a wheelchair, how can they so easily lift anything in and out of a car that weighs from 46 to 62 lbs.?

Be careful what you buy!
I purchased this in June 2024. I have had the motors changed twice. First the left one went, then the right one. now the left one again but I had them send me both motors. Here it is 5 days later and the right motor is going out. This is getting ridiculous! I am non ambulatory! I have to have a wheelchair to get around. Now I have to take it back to the repair center to have it evaluated. I am very upset! I just don't know what to do!

Easy to use
This is my first motorized wheelchair. I like that it is easy to maneuver. The chair is comfortable to sit in because of the high back. The footrest pushes back so I feel safe getting in and out of the chair. I did a lot of research before buying this chair and I am very pleased with it.

Fantastic product, my wheelchair-bound grandmother prefers this over the other brands.
My grandmother is disabled and taking her out is always a hassle because we would always have to roll her around everywhere we go and while it's not the end of the world, we do want her to be more independent and not have to rely on us having to stroll her in every direction. This electric 'wheelchair' does exactly that. When we take her out to the mall and park, she's a lot more independent. The controls are very simple, responsive, and easy to follow. I say responsive because she doesn't exactly have the best eyesight but it's good enough to where she can react quick enough and by contrast, the controls are responsive as well. The range seems accurate. I haven't actually timed it but it does go farther than an average person would while using a wheelchair. My favorite is the portability factor. I have a sedan and so do most of my family and this electric wheelchair fits perfectly with enough space to put some other stuff such as groceries. It folds quite easily and isn't too much of a hassle to remove. Wish it was lighter but I can understand why it also isn't.Only used this for a few months so I can't know for sure if it will hold up (the battery). Hopefully it does but it gets an A+ from me. We find ourselves using the manual wheelchairs less often because we want her to be more independent while outside. She prefers the electric as well.

The Zoomer works great with Hospice
The media could not be loaded. I like the fact that it can form a transportation across the wooden floors of our house and outside. Hey carpenter build ramps with a minimum of 10° on the outside so I can go to the barn and back. I am a family physician and delivered 4000 babies And did 1000 C-sections. I made 30 trips to Central America primarily to Honduras helping the needy. Now I am in Hospice and confined to my house. I don’t drive. My wife of 57 years does all of our driving. I love the Zoomer and it is a very important part of my transportation.
