My 1st glue gun and a brilliant little buy

Very useful when building small models.
I am currently getting to grips with starting building a model railway diorama. Eager to get going with some buildings, I've tested this glue gun to see if it'll be a tool that I can use going forward.Happy to say that I like it; particularly how small it is. I have small hands and the work I'm doing is very detailed and, you guessed it, small.I've had no issues with it so far and I'm so pleased.

Works great - good for DIY use - but wish it came with a full-sized plug
I'll get the bad points out of the way, I wish the lead was longer and that it didn't come with a tiny plug. I think I'm going to replace the plug.I haven't used a hot glue gun in many years and upon using this one it dawned on me how many times through the years this would have been super useful with little things that had broken that I could have simply repaired.This hot glue gun is quite small but it fits nice in the hand and feels ok quality for DIY purposes. The little stand works ok and so you can put it down on a surface without the hot nozzle touching anything. The glue comes out smoothly when you 'pump' the trigger and there isn't much of stray filament.There are plenty glue sticks and if you use half then you simply leave whatever is left in the gun until next time.Does the job.
