I really like the flavor of these mix-ins. They are expensive and I did not use them daily so I can not speak to their efficacy. I did not notice any changes in my skin appearance, texture, color, or luminosity with my varied use of the product. I would absolutely purchase these again if they were a little more affordable. I do trust this brand and do think this product offers increased hydration compared to equal amounts of water alone. More hydration = healthier skin. They taste really good.

Drinking electrolytes while hiking is a must for me, otherwise my muscles start cramping up. I thought I’d throw these SeroVital Glow Sticks into the mix. I am really enjoying their flavor. They are light, yummy, and refreshing. More importantly, my muscle spasms are still kept at bay. Since I am heading to California’s deserts, I figure my skin can use an the help it can get.Because the packets are narrow,.. it is quite easy to get them in my drink container on trail with minimal spillage. AND the lingering flavor enhances later drinks out of the same container.These are similar to other electrolyte mixes I consume while on the trail. I put up a pic of these next to several other electrolyte mixes I had on hand so you can see they are kind of middle of the pack outside of the included Ceramides and Hyaluronic Acid. Basically, they are more than just a beauty thing.Note. I was reading up on Hyaluronic Acid, and discovered using it externally could create complications in arid climates by absorbing moisture from surrounding skin instead of from the air. Yikes. I am operating under the idea that Hyaluronic Acid taken internally would rely on water taken internally. I also intend to stick with their instructions that say 16 -20 oz of water and no more than 2 packs a day.

Nowhere on this page does it state that this item contains lead. It was delivered today with a warning sticker on it that states: "WARNING: Consuming SeroVital Glow Sticks can expose you to lead..." I tried to return it unopened and was told it is a non-returnable product. Amazon was kind enough to refund me. But buyer beware! Nobody should be consuming a product that contains lead, but it is especially dangerous if you are pregnant or of child-bearing age.

These electrolyte mixes are great to carry on the go and mix on the go. The flavor is nice too!

It does not dissolve very well. Just clumps up in fluid.

These may be the best quality that you will find in this category. The taste is fine, they mix *fairly* easily, they’re packable. The ingredients are good, but nothing super notable or impressive. The issue here is the price. It’d be really hard to make this a monthly expense, even if I was in love with the product.
