One have passed and product works fine. This is the first time I am using an RO machine. Iron gets cut easily from water. Water becomes very light in taste which feels good. Now will continue to use and see in long run. Also it's hot water dispensing feature is a good to be add on. I haven't tried to boil water for having tea or coffee but water gets quite hot. Value for money I can say. It has stainless steel tank with 5.6ltrs capacity and it's double layered cover unlike other Aquaguard model having single layer cover which eventually will allow insects to get in. Glad this won't happen with this one.

Water quality is good and instant hot water option is added advantage

Product is good but the only problem is with handle mechanism. There is always spill when you close the handle after filling up the bottle. Plus the handle quality is not good.

External filter is not included in the package. This is an add on from Eureka Forbes. Hence once start less.Product works without an external filter but it’s a good to have add on. Other than that everything looks fine for now. It’s an amazing product.I’m based out of Bangalore and the installation was done in less than 24 hrs. Kudos to the team.I see a couple of users complaining about water leaks. However, I haven’t seen any such issues. It’s simple to use, has a child lock feature for hot water. Product description is very accurate. The main reason for me to consider was that the water is stored in a steel tank and not in a plastic container.

Good product. Getting instant hot water on pressing button. Can switch on hot water button when we need only hot water and help to save electricity. Very happy with the purchase. Because of the bigger size of the unit I had to remove the kitchen cabinet doors to accommodate it. I recommend to buy this product. Gopinath

Firstly, I liked the product as it has an option to set the TDS and the instant hot water option.When I ordered the product from Amazon for the first time the product was defective (TDS not functioning) so I had to ask for a replacement. I had contacted Amazon cs but they are not ready to help as it has to be taken care by Eureka team. And then the Eureka team is unresponsive as I had purchased the product from Amazon.After almost 20 days of struggle I could get help from Amazon for replacing the product.The product is good and the best part is the instant hot water option. Happy for the product. Hope there wouldn't be issues with Eureka service in future.
