Good Microwave for RV

Great product
Love it! Their measurements are correct, they just failed to give the added measurements of stainless vents in back, top, and bottom. I’m not moving the RV, so don’t care if it sits out a inch. Love all the features and making healthy potato chips.

A garbage interface for a device that doesn't work, that isn't the dimensions they said it was.
Honestly, I had high hopes. It seemed like the perfect space (and weight) saving thing. Combine the microwave and the oven (which we rarely use) into one appliance, and as a bonus, it'll do air frying as well.Well, if it did any one of those things satisfactorily, that'd be nice, but as far as I can tell, the unit I received did not.The microwave flat out doesn't work. Just does nothing but spin the food around and doesn't heat it up at all. After 2 minutes, the food wasn't even warm-- it was about the same temperature it was when I put it in there.While the resistive heating element did work in this unit, the interface was such garbage that it may as well not.Let me explain what I mean:You'd think you just select a mode, a temperature, and set a time-- no. You have to keep a table from the manual plastered to the door to figure out what 'program' most closely meets what you're trying to cook, and then it'll definitely burn it or under-cook it anyways, as the preset programs are too limited and/or inaccurate.To make things worse, we even had to modify the cabinetry in our RV to accept this unit, as it's about 1/4 to 3/4" or so bigger in some dimensions than it said in the listing, it seems.I will be attempting to return the unit-- annoying since it's not a small, light, easy to move around item.Horrible product description, horrible product in general, and didn't even work as it was advertised to upon arrival.

Great unit
Fantastic have had it and used it for a month and it works perfectly. It would be nice if a how to use it manual that was more in depth and clear to understand for the novice user of air fryers and convection ovens as to how to cook in it.

Microwave won't work
This is probably the best you can find, as far as built-in microwave/convection AND air fryers for RVs go (as of this review). It's still not the best. The microwave function stopped heating on day 2. I'm returning for a replacement. Everything else works well, and it seems to do a great job venting heat from the front so I don't overheat the cabinet and burn the RV down on oven mode.

Exceeded our expectations
We were hesitant to purchase this microwave because of the small number of negative reviews. After conducting our research, this microwave was the best fit for us. It was easy to install and has worked perfectly. The airfryer mode is a game changer for us.

Horrible customer service. Appliance quit working. No manual sent with product
Got it in JanWorked good until last month. No manual with it. Finally figured out convection oven now Micro won't work. Tried calling numbers, first number disconnected, second number someone's voice mail left message, third number left message still have not heard back from them and it's been 2 weeks. Very disappointed

Works like a charm
Works great. Although some reviews stated the microwave stops working. I found if you use the oven before the microwave then the microwave does not heat. I think it’s because it’s hot from the oven. Let it cool off and the microwave works great. Heats a lot faster than expected. Biscuits take about eleven minutes instead of fourteen.
