Fat Brain Toys Timber Planks 300 Piece Set

My 3 year old created a parking garage today. There are so many ways for him to use them.

This is a gift for my grandson who loves to build obstacles for his hero men. The timbers are heavy and holds up to alot of rough playing.

It’s just wood. All the pieces seem to be there. Grandson is pleased. Grandparents and parents are happy. Mission accomplished!

The media could not be loaded. The quality is unmatched. The shape of the planks allow for creativity. Really great value for money, as there are plenty of blocks to play with.

These planks are good quality and because they are longer than Lincoln logs, it is easier to build a tall tower without it falling over. The bag that is included is too small. You can’t tie the bag closed with all the planks inside. I emailed Fat Brain Toys and they just referred me back to Amazon customer service.

The blocks are very small, 1/4" X 1" X 4 1/2". Ad pIctures use forced perspective to make them look larger. Other than that, they are nicely made and are being well enjoyed by the grandkid.

I bought it for my nephew and he loves it. In past I've used Keva product, and this compares pretty close to them, the planks are comparatively less polished, but they both work the same and given that these are more pieces for less price (compared to Keva), is adding to its value.I recommend this and if in future I'll need to buy again, I'm definitely looking at these again.

Got this set for our grandson - one may get really creative with this set. I was impressed and I’m 63 and have seen a few block sets in my lifetime , take a close look at the photo and note the the 3 legged supports and the “bridge”. Using just the weight of the pieces to hold it together.
