I like these
I really like using these to massage the soles of my feet . Massaging any other body parts seems a little more difficult but for your feet they’re great !

Cool little ball! It works
As long as you don’t have sensitive skin, these balls work. I lean on a wall and roll it around on my back. Even last Night I had a muscle in my back killing me and I only had the big ball near me so I stuck it under my back and kind of moved a little bit left and right up and down and then I moved it to the next spot and it worked great. I thought it first. It was gonna kill me because it’s such a hard ball but it actually works really good. I would like to get one that is only 2 to 3 Inches in diameter to take on a trip because these are too large for that, So I’ll keep looking for the small one too. But works very well.

Hard! Great for Muscles, Not for Kids
The advertised box shows 4 different balls but you are only getting 2 yellow and 2 green balls shown in the first picture. Although labeled as soft, they are notWe like using these under the feet to roll and release tension. The two sizes are nice to allow intensity levels based on how much surface area is pressed into the skin. They could also be used on other areas of the bodyI was expecting a rubber like material, like other massage balls we have, these are not. They are a hard material that doesn’t flex under weight or pressure. They are hard. They are designed for rolling and digging into muscleReading ‘sensory balls’ we wrongly assumed they’d be good for our toddler to play with. She can easily grasp them and roll them, so they work, but due to their hardness they would not be suitable for kids. If they fell on it, it would likely injure them (and adults too for that matter). Not toys at all for kids, adults, or petsSo good for muscle aches but not for kiddos

Great Balls of Poking!
These were easy for me to use as the massager. I rolled the big green ball in small circles up and down the massagee’s back. The massagee said the balls were kind of pokey and hurt so I lost my guinea…erm, volunteer.Left to my own devices, I rolled the ball on my lap. It was kind of pokey. I couldn’t tell if the pokiness improved my circulation, to be honest. It’s pokey but not scratchy. It’s really hard, but I’ve never had a massage ball before so I don’t know if it’s harder or softer than average. After a while, it kind of feels good in a painful way. I don’t like it on my forehead, but it distracts me from my headache so I guess that’s nice.I had someone else in the house try them and they thought they were hard and hurt. I guess most people at my house think they are hard and hurt. They are neatly made, with very little flash. They smell quite strongly of vinyl and cardboard mixed up together. They don’t have any holes in them. It’s really hard to deform them.
