Float charge problems. Could destroy the battery.
Float charge doesn’t do what the device shows. The device shows 14.4V for float charge, but when I checked the battery voltage, the battery was at 16.2V. Far too much, as this would destroy the battery. I can only assume the firm ware is not doing what the controller is said to do.

Free Electricity, ok then!
Who doesnt like a free bill! I bought a couple of these and use them on my solar panels on the garage. They charge my spare car batteries for free and I use those to power items in the garage like LED lighting and to charge my smartphone when Im working in the garage. Great product and superb value for money.
