Best cordless vacuum I've ever bought, downside it does gave a bag, plus side there's less mess 🙂
I've had quite a few pet vacuums this one picks my dogs hair up with no problems, also the accessories for hardwood or flat floors is an added bonus, you also get accessories to clean the stairs and in the hard to reach corners, my dog sheads his coat all year round so this is a really handy vacuum I've done tge living room, kitchen, stairs, and hallway and the bag still isn't full which is a plus as my other cordless bagless vacuum I was emptying 4 times just with only cleaning the living room, well worth the money I bought with 2 batteries encase anything happens to the initial battery I have a back up, plus it stops charging when full so doesn't use anymore electric than needed, plus I took the 4 years insurance out if anything happens accident damage or ware and tear they'll fix or replace so well worth the money 🙂

very good but not brilliant
This is a powerful hoover and has good and not so good points. Good points it is powerful with good suction and the tools provided are good. Generally it is very strong and robust and looks like it is well made and will last a long time. When it starts up it is always in the middle power setting which is adequate for most cleaning. Another strange thing when it starts up you have to press the button to start the hoover rollers, so you can't start hoovering floors until you do this, surly this is an unnecessary step as really you just want to hoover the floor! Also dont know why they even bother with a lower setting, which is pretty ineffective and I have never used it. The boost setting will only give about 8 or 9 minutes run time but you should get about 20 -25 minutes on the middle setting. They say you get up to 6o minutes on the lowest setting but would ever use this for 60 minutes given it's limitations? The other thing worth mentioning is that although they say how light the hoover is in weight I found that the balance of the cylinder and the handle is not very comfortable for long use, I found my wrist aching a little. The bags are good in the fact they are compostable but certainly don't hold as much as my old hoover, so at around £1 per bag you do pay for your hoovering. Also there is no light when you apply the attachments unlike my old G tech hoover, but I can live with this, just :/ it is quieter than my previous hoover which is good but I have noticed the dog doesn't like it I think it's the green light that goes on when the brushes are switched on, but he is a Saluki who are really quirky dogs:) However generally this is a good product, got it at a bit of a discount so am happy. Happy hoovering :-)

My best vacuum cleaner yet
I have a mix of wooden, tile and carpeted floors. It works absolutely perfectly on all of them. I particularly like the soft roller attachment for wooden floors. The suction is great even on a medium setting and it does a great job of cleaning carpet. The different attachments are very easy to swap over and the bag system is quick, clean and easy to use. It is also more lightweight than any other cleaner I have had and it’s great at getting in all the nooks and crannies. I have had a Dyson and a Shark anti hair wrap but I prefer this. Picks up much better than the Shark and lighter and easier to use than the both the Shark and the Dyson.

Not Great
The suction is very much less than expected.I have a cat and 2 dogs (which don’t shed hair) this vacuum struggled to cope.I also found it quite bulky. Will go back to my Dyson

Excellent suction
I did a lot of research before buying this. I wanted to go back to a bagged vacuum as I was fed up with the mess, blockages, and washing the filters all the time. I already had a shark cordless, so this is what i'm comparing it against. The halo is so much better. Suction on medium power is practically as good as a corded vacuum and better than my shark on full power. The dust bags last for ages and I don't have to worry about washing filters (even though there are 2 filters in the halo which do not need washing). The boost mode is too strong for my carpet so only use medium suction. Great for pet hairs too. Lots of different attachments and a nice wall stand is included. Build quality is great.I think its excellent value for money considering an equivalent dyson or shark is dearer than this. The handle takes a bit of getting used too, as its a strange design. The battery lasts really well on medium power.Would highly recommend.

Good value for money product with many accessories.
We thought it was a good buy, it picks up efficiently and has good battery life. The downside is that the battery makes it heavy and my wife can't use it for any great length of time. It is far less easy to manipulate than the Dyson we had and we would not have bought it had we realised.

Light & easy to use
Was looking for something easy, light to use & not as expensive as a Dyson so this is exactly what I wanted. I don't understand why you have to hold the trigger all the time on the Dyson models which makes my hand ache after a while so this is great for older people or those with more limited movement.

Not as light as one might expect
Functions well but a bit cumbersome to handle.
