I have EDS (Ehlers-Dankos Syndrome, specifically the hypermobile type). With that being said, I have joint instability, POTS, and poor circulation in general. I cannot sit in one position for too long without leg support or changing positions constantly. If I do, I am bedridden for at least a few days and am in severe pain.So I decided to look into buying a quality foot rest and came across this. It finally arrived today, and I could not be happier. My legs are no longer in pain and I can tell I’ll be able to sit at my desk for more than an hour and not be bedridden by the end of it :).As for the quality of the fabric, it’s meh. It’s polyester, but on the cheaper side; it feels like plastic and isn’t very soft. But, that doesn’t really matter to me. The heating capability was what I was looking forward to second most. Since I have poor circulation, my feet tend to get icy cold. I’ve layered socks before and it has not helped. I’ve got the heat on for the footrest and oh my goodness, my feet aren’t numb.This is very much worth the money if you are in pain like me and find that sitting without support is unbearable.

I am really enjoying this footrest!! First of all, this thing weighs absolutely nothing! It is so light that you can take it anywhere and everywhere. It is very easy and simple to use and the instructions are very clear. It has three different vibration settings. With an automatic shut-off of 15 minutes. With its two heat settings, it heats up just enough for you to feel it even through socks but not too much that you can't use it with your bare feet. It does wonders for the blood circulation of your legs and the heat timing can be adjusted as it has three timing options. The fabric material is super soft and I love the fact that you can take it out and wash it. The bottom has these little silicone-type dots that make it secure and non slip. The fact that you can adjust the height is such a convenient feature. Not only is the footrest a relaxing feel it is a great way to enhance your posture and so helps alleviate the discomfort of lower back and shoulder pain. Since it is so lightweight you can move it around and easily place it in your bed or sofa and use it behind your calves and knees.

I use a foot rest when working and saw a this one had a massaging and heat feature. I was most interested in the heat feature. Not long after plugging it in to use it had a bad electric burning smell and quit working. I returned it for a replacement and the second one did the same thing but with a small burn hole in it. I would not buy again.

So lightweight, comfy, easy to use, and durable. Definitely a great buy. If you have cold feet like me, the warming feature is amazing as it heats up quickly and soothes your feet at the same time.

This one is going back. It's a decent price, it's a good size, but I thought it would be more adjustable than it is. And if it is more adjustable, I missed it in the instructions. There's noting wrong with it, but as a shorter person, I need something that is more flexible. I did really like the softness and cushioning, but I just couldn't figure out how to get it on the same kind of angles that work for my feet and legs that I've had with other, less soft options. I wish I could've figured that out, because I really, really, wanted to like this and use it under my new desk.

Looks great under my desk and feels great on my feet. The heat will be amazing when winter gets here. I am really glad it has auto shut off for massage and heat because I often forget to turns things off. The control panel and A/C adapter plug are on the right side of the footrest. It unfortunately doesn't have a remote but the buttons are easily pressed with my socked toe. The only height adjustment is adding/removing the bottom cushion to elevate/lower the rest, so you have two heights (pictures show with and without cushion). The bottoms of both pieces are covered in a skid resistant backing so it will stay in place. The two halves of the footrest are held together by 4 pieces of velcro (one in each corner) and they are strong. I'm using the massage as I write this and it's quite lovely. I really like it has 3 vibrate patterns so you can alternate. The material feels as though it will easily wipe clean if needed. And the covers are removable if you need to clean a little more thoroughly. In my opinion, it's a great footrest and does a good job.

I like the height, and softness of this foot rest, and the heater works well. Keeps my feet warm under my desk. The vibrating feature is just a faint buzz. I can hear it more than I feel it on my feet. I don’t even turn that on, I just enjoy the heat.

I have a foot stool, but I was looking for one that had a taller height. I found this one with the bonus of heat and vibration. I use it under my desk at home and it is the right height for me. Also, the heat and vibration have various levels of intensity. It makes working at the computer an elevated experience for me. It soothes my feet and takes pressure off my back at the same time. It shuts off after 15 minutes, but you can start it right back up again if you want to. Also, if you need it to be shorter, you can remove the bottom layer as it's attached by velcro.
