Weight distribution is perfect!
This solved my shoulder issues. I was using a weighted vest, but it was pulling too much on my neck. I tried putting my weighted vest in a different backpack, but the weight was too low on my back. This is just perfect! My walk today was fantastic.

Perfect functionality at a great price
Tried carrying cast iron weights in my general pack but they moved around too much to be comfortable. No way was I spending $200+ for a Goruck pack and this was well rated on both Amazon and in a “best of” article I read so bought it. LOVE IT! Holds the weight close so no shifting, it’s comfortable and because I’m not up to 40lbs yet I still have room to slide my water bladder in. Haven’t had it long enough to comment on durability but it appears well made and the seams are solid. Exactly what I needed at a price I can live with.

Well made
I got this because reviews said it was good for people and they were right. I’m 4’9”, 130 lbs and it works well for me. The only thing I found wrong was that the chest strap is useless because it lies in awkward spot but I don’t need it

Great for all sizes
I purchased this for my wife. I was a bit concerned because she has a large chest and other weighted packs have not worked well for her in the past. However this one works great because of the adjustable cross strap and fits her comfortably with little shifting. The one comment I would make is that the back of your shirt might ride up underneath the pack a bit depending on what you're doing and how it's used but this was easily solved for her by tucking in her shirt in the back.

So far so good!
I really wanted a rucksack but my measley budget would not allow for a Go Ruck so Amazon it was! I’ve been using the pack with a 30# plate on a regular basis and it’s not only holding up perfectly but it’s also very comfortable…well as comfortable as 30# on your back can be which is more of an issue with my conditioning rather than the pack. I would highly recommend it! The size is also well suited for me (I’m 5’1” and about 110#).

Nicely made, but...
This carrier is robustly made and should hold up well. Just about any standard-ish ruck plat should fit, up to about 40lbs. The carrier is a near perfect fit for me which is odd because I am 5'6" tall. Usually everything I buy is too big. I would say that if you are up to maybe 5'10", this should fit well. Over that, I doubt it. I like the generous padding .

Would like to exchange
Shoulder strap has started to come apart at the stitching. And only a month after my return window has closed. Really bummed because I like rucking with the pack.
