It helps with early morning energy. I am 72 and sometimes well more like all the time feel a need for more energy. I really like these for that extra boost in the mornings

Very soft and not too sweet
I love that they were not sweet at all. Has a good taste. Very easy to chew... Not extra gummy stuck in my teeth (nor were they hard). They did not offer any energy for me, however every person is different.
