I have a diamond disc and I used it to cut tiles it was successful

Treat with care
1st one lasted less than a wk before the spindle lock button pinged out but company replaced grinder & delivery was fast on both, well packed with a cpl of blades side handle & a spare pair of brushes! this shows the big companies up, but it is a 2000w machine so it could wear them out quick tho ive now had it for a while & used it quite a lot inc cutting 6 24x30 x 2" council grade paving slabs & it just eats thro so no problem there. i'm a ret bricklayer/builder so have plenty of experience of grinders & this is one little beast. the end is curved so you can wrap the cable (which could have been a bit longer) round front to end (good thinking) the on/off flip switch is on the end (bad design) but i s'pose you cant have everything, its fairly slim which is good cos i've only got smallish hands & the supplied handle fits both sides so thats handy lol! its also not too heavy & well weighted. Plenty of air slots to help keep the motor cool & easy to brush out tho they do keep pretty clean. But for the price i'm definitely not complaining.

Worth the Money, Easy to use.
Great item, Fantastic price, I wanted this Angle Grinder because it has the on off switch on the back which is so much easier to use.

Burnt out within 5 minutes of use.
I bought this grinder at the end of march its now end of May and I have got to buy a new different on as the first time I used it to channel out a brick wall it got very hot and sparks flew out from the motor. I went to change the brushes thinking that was the problem but made no difference and one of the new blocks on the brushes was broken. I would say that this grinder is probably ok for light work but anything else your better of with a more reliable make.

Dose it job and still some. Cut all my mum's paving slabs no probs. Mums happy that's all that counts😀
