Super grippy, great for pull up bar work.
I have recently upped my fitness game and started to incorporate pull ups and bar work to my routine. My hands have some callouses but I have smaller hands and have a hard time gripping the bar to hold on for longer periods of time. I actually got two similar versions of these fingerless gloves to try, this one being the more costly of the two. The wrist adjustments are quick and simple and it only takes seconds to put them on and make adjustments to the tightness before hitting the bar. The side that faces your hands is soft and the side that grips the bar is where these have a slight improvement over the less costly brand. These have a very grippy, almost sticky grip. They definitely help me hold the bar better. If you need to slide them for any exercises, they are not going to slide down the bar. I have also started use these whenever I do heavy farmer carries too, they help my hands grip the weights better for longer. I feel like the way that these allow me to grip the bar so much better has a direct impact on my performance as far as my pull ups go. It doesn't increase your strength but doing more repetitions for proper form is the key to getting better. These definitely increase the comfort in my palms and allow me to get a better hold onto the bar. Great hand grips if you are looking for something to give you comfort and good grip.

Grip Gone
Updated update: not for me. Need loads of chalk and even then slip after 7 reps and have to regrip. All in all I can say I don’t like these grips and have gone back to Victory. I would request a refund but it’s past the 30 day mark. I’d say spend your money elsewhere, all these new grip companies don’t have the stuffUPDATE: So, these guys are a bit too thick for my taste and they are slipping on the bar a lot more than my old Victory Grips or Bears. The grip was good for the first few rounds but after that they just start sliding- just an unpleasant rubber squeaking sound as the big guy slowly falls off the bar. They are fine, and I'm going to use them because I bought them but maybe would be great for someone of normal size/lighter but for me they are not a fit.Alright, I'm a big guy- 6'7 250 lbs and I rip grips like its my job. Not really a shot at grip companies, I am not their targeted demographic so you just have to accept it. That said, I've done Bear and Victory and while I like them they ultimately failed for me. That said, I'll say these are feeling pretty good- love the extra support/width on the wrist wrap. It gives good support but also is comfortable. The inside of the grip is comfortable and has felt good through workouts (bar muscle ups and pull up variations). The grip LOCKS you in. That said, I found I had to relearn getting off the bar from a kip because they would hold on for a split second and it can mess you up a little bit on the dismount. Thats easy to fix thought, just practice a little with these to break them in before you use them in earnest but all in all these may be my new top choice for grips. Will update when/if I break them (they will break, I'm too heavy).

YES!
These are absolutely awesome. I’ve never even seen grips like this in the gym before, but they’re absolutely awesome. I’m so glad that I took the chance on them.Pro’s:Packaging - The packaging is actually really nice. Typically I don’t care too much about how it packaged, but I could tell the quality of the product from when I first saw the packaging.Carrying bag - Again, not a huge deal or issue if it didn’t come with one, But these grips come with a good carrying bag for them.Velcro - Okay, I don’t know what kind of industrial strength Velcro they use for these, but it is so, so strong.Wrist Wraps - The part that actually wraps around your wrists is the utmost quality. It’s thick, it’s soft, it’s rigid, it’s strong. There’s really nothing more I could ask for when it comes to wrist wraps.Grips - As for the actual grips themselves, just like everything else, fantastic quality. The inside part that goes against your hand is soft and comfortable, extremely comfortable. The exterior part, the part that’s meant to wrap around the bar, is incredibly grippy. Like, if you try to slide your finger across it with a decent amount of force, it’s not going anywhere.Performance - These grips work. They provide the opportunity for extended time under tension, less fatigue, and hands and more time pulling the weight, or pulling your bodyweight. So yeah, I absolutely recommend these. Especially for hanging exercises. I love them.

Super Sticky Grips - Awesome
First off - reviewers that leave a one star review simply because the grip package didn't contain the wrist bands is (IMHO) NOT helpful. My grips came with the wrist bands, but I don't even use them. What you DO need to know about these grips is that they are amazingly sticky. I do CrossFit and so I have to hang on the chin-up bar for all sorts of movements, and oftentimes my grip is one of the things that gives out. NOT with these grips. You can loosen your hand grip so that you are just cupping these grips and they won't slip on the bar in the slightest. I have tried 3 or 4 different style/manufacturer of grips and these are BY FAR the best. If you need to hang onto the bar for any reason, these grips will do the majority of the work for you. I even lent these to another athlete to try out because I was so amazed at their stickiness and they ordered a pair as soon as they were done using mine. I simply can't recommend these grips enough - they are AMAZING!
