Cheap and easy way to increase your vitamin D3 level. I take it weekly once with my daily multivitamin tablet. If you're deficient in your vitamin D3 levels, then I would recommend this product. Otherwise, you can still take it weekly once even if you're not deficient for a month or two.The soft gel is small in size, so it makes it easy to swallow. I take it in afternoon after lunch.
