PlayStation Pulse Elite Wireless Headset (Renewed)

These headphones have completely exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is absolutely amazing—crystal clear with rich bass. What really impressed me, though, is the battery life. It lasts up to 5 days without needing to be recharged, which is incredible. Definitely worth every penny!

Original. Very nice sound quality. No issues connecting with the console. My phone is also connected to it and it works at the same time as the PS5. I can watch short videos on my phone while my game on pause. Looks nice. Price is okay.

Headband snapped after 4 months of regular use. I do not advise this purchase. Not renewed at least because now I can’t even return or exchange it. When I tried to see about the warranty, the QR code has been tampered with to where I can’t get a read on it to give the serial number to Sony for a replacement so I am stuck.

Really good audio quality and the 3d sound is well, mic also is amazing (the noise cancelling works amazing). still wouldve liked some of the button options from the pulse 3d but overall still good would recommend.

Not always a fan of refurbished devices, but was working great. No disconnects, no problems. Amazing battery life.Protip: If you buy any of the Sony BT devices (earbuds or the headsets), please put the dongle in the front USB slot for best connection.

***UPDATE***These broke after eleven months but I can't say that it wasn't from how I treated them. I didn't have a good place to keep them and they could have received undeserved abuse. I will try to fix them but I might end up buying another pair.Too often, headphones do not describe the size of the cups even though they are over-ear style. I have too many sets of headphones that are supposed to be over-ear that are way too small. I'm 59 and this is common for people of my age since ears start growing before birth and continue to do so all through life.These headphones are not the best audio quality but they are excellent for the price. They can connect with the included dongle and Bluetooth simultaneously. This is greatly helpful when I have to answer the phone while using my computer because the audio is coming from both at the same time. The sound reproduction, while not the best, is very much like the original sound. They don't add extra bass but they have the bass that the audio calls for. If I want extra bass I can add it with an equalizer but I haven't bothered with it yet. They have volume controls but these only seem to work with the dongle and not the Bluetooth connection. Overall, I'm very happy with these headphones and if they last long enough I will buy a new pair of the same in the future.

Constantly disconnects from the dongle. Makes having a wireless headset useless when you have to keep getting up to reconnect the dongle.

Great quality! Battery life seems to be long lasting! *Beware, they are noise cancelling--so my already "hard of hearing" teen boy REALLY can't hear me when he has these on!
