Q: cannot change between C*/F* I tried the instructions and it doesn't work,why not?

Q: Hello, is it easy to adjust temps with the buttons as opposed to rotary switch? Don't you have to hit the button hundreds of times to change temp?

As a previous poster said, holding down the button will cause it to change continually. What he did not mention is that it changes FAST, making it only a little slower than using a rotary control, and a whole lot more accurate.

Q: What's the output voltage of the plugs for each of the two tools

Sorry I don't know and did not look into it. But I will say that both tools work great.

Q: Have a yihua 853d and it will not do anything now worked fine for a couple of only used it 2 or 3 times and now nothing will work. Bought feb 19,2021

Another reviewer had the soldering side stop working (no change on the digital when he turned it on). If you are not getting any response on the digital diplays after making sure you plugged it into an outlet with power (check with a volt/ohmeter), it is plugged in and the heat gun and soldering gun are turned on, then the product is defective and you should return it for an exchange or a refund. I have had mine for a year and it works every time I use it for a project.
