order was not correct. could have been user error but... Coleman RT200 196cc motor. ordered kit but the holes on the carb flange did not match the studs. the gasket they sent with the order does fit perfect on the intake. the openings don't match When I bring the new gasket close to the new carb flange. the new carb flange openings are an 1/8" to a 1/4" off from matching the studs/new gasket/holes/ on the intake... i removed the studs from the intake so i could get a good look... the choke is also on the inside towards the motor, hard to explain but in a very wierd spot.

Great exhaust carb ngl wish the carb came with more instructions for a bigginner it's a little bit of a task to figure out how to set up but once u get it right man she's a beast kit

I installed the exhaust wrap that was included in this bundle and the exhaust just melted off without anything touching it

The exhaust works perfectly, sounds, and looks great. The issue I had was with the carburetor itself. I installed it perfectly as it should, but it just wasn't working as intended. Anytime I start the bike (Coleman CT200U-A), It INSTANTLY tries accelerating on its own. I don't touch the throttle at all and it's trying to take off. I have to hold the brakes so it does not go. Even while moving it DOESN'T stop applying throttle which is extremely dangerous. I've changed the fuel mixture, adjusted idle RPM, made sure the throttle wasn't stuck, and worked properly with the carburetor, which it did—reinstalled the throttle cable to ensure, and it still didn't work. So I changed the oil, and gas, installed a new clutch, a new flywheel, and it would not stop applying throttle. What's funny is when I apply the throttle, even 50%, the engine bogs and pops and slows down drastically (I adjusted and tuned the leanness and richness, but it still didn't work). The more I've ridden it and tested it, it gets worse, now when I even slightly touch the throttle (about 25%) it slows down, bogs, and pops. Changed throttle cables, same results. So I FINALLY decided to reinstall the old carburetor (stock) and guess what, it works perfectly. Zero issues. So I think it's safe to assume I got a bad carburetor, whether it's pulling too much air, or there's a leak somewhere, or there's something wrong with the jet like its size. I even tried reinstalling the carb because don't get me wrong, looks amazing, but it would.. not.. work. It just really sucks because I really like the look of the carburetor, and I'm sure it works great If I had gotten a good one.

The media could not be loaded. I have bought several of these for several predator engine builds and I could not be happier. They are so easy to tune And put together and holy cow The power upgrade is surprising
