Sleeping Improved
I recently had a thoracic and lumbar laminectomies(disc removal). I was having difficuly sleeping and finding position of comfort. Tried the knee pillow without success. I bought this pillow and the first time I tried this pillow i had a blissfull night of sleep! the pillow is long and wide enough that when placing between my legs. Lightweight and stays comfortable temperature while in use. Probally on of the best buys I've made to ensure a good night sleep!!!!

Thin. Comfortable. Difficult when rolling side to side.
I was looking for something a little thicker between my knees while sleeping, but this pillow still makes a difference. I flip side-to-side a lot, and the fact that this has the dimensions of a full pillow makes it difficult. It's a bit large and gets bound up under the covers while shifting one's body.Doesn't seem to retain body heat, so that's good.Overall, it's satisfactory.

Great pillow
I have sacroiliac dysfunction. I need to sleep with a pillow between my knees. I have closet shelves packed with pillows that didn't help my neck or back. This one works; the width and weight don't interfere with turning over in bed. Also it is long enough to support my whole leg when my knees are comfortably bent ( I am 5'5"). This is important or my knees will start aching after a few nights. I weigh 145 but bought the 4" thick pillow. The 3" definitely would have been too thin.

It's a pillow
Seems kinda hyped up in the product description. I do like that the edges don't taper off like a typical head pillow would, but essentially it's just an expensive pillow. I have had this for a couple months now and the best qualities I have found is it hasn't gone flat and fits in a queen size pillow case. I have a herniated L5-S1. I mainly use this pillow under my calves or between my knees when sleeping. It serves it's purpose.

Great purchase!
I had a much smaller pillow that fit just between my knees and was made of memory foam for sleeping on my side. It did help to aline my spine and prevent my back pain while sleeping. However, eventually my bony ankles started to be very uncomfortable stacked on top of each other. So I decided to give this pillow a try. It's not memory foam, so it doesn't appear to feel as supportive. I decided to give it a try and I LOVE it! The crease in the middle cradles my legs and my back feels great in the morning... AND my ankles are a lot happier! I highly recommend this product. I feel the price is fairly reasonable too at $27. So glad I found this one and decided to give it a try!

Flimsy
This pillow did not inflate all the way from its air tight sealed packaging. Not firm enough to do what it's suppose to...
