My garden has been over run by slug. Using these amazing traps with beer added i have nearly removed all the slug this year . When i started using them I caught 50 slugs in 4 traps. It’s the most efficient way of removing these garden pest , Very good value . Easy to use and they do the job!

These are great! Didn’t use beer, used a yeast/water mix (see You Tube) caught loads of the little ones as it’s early in the season (Feb) these little blighters are just emerging from eggs hidden in the bark mulch, as they are the ones that decimate the newly emerging herbaceous perennials before they even get out of the ground.The instructions say disposable, so that might put you off buying them as it could get expensive. But I tipped the slugs and yeast mix onto the ground under my bird feeder and the slugs were taken by the birds … A win win for all. So, swill and re-use until they become too messy or slimy, depends on how grossed out they make you feel :-)I have yet to snip the top off to get any bigger slugs out and swill, then I may use a paper clip to seal, to stop rainwater getting in… maybe as the season goes on and the slugs get fatter, I will progress to that method of re-using. Bought these as the pellets no longer kill slugs... not one in the pack leaked. This was one trap the first night!! Amazing, obviously bought more! Tried some with beer.. some with marmite.. both as good to snare the little suckers ! Left my plants alone!

These don't work at all. Slug trails all around them but not a single one trapped in almost a week.

We've had slugs in our house for a while and would see trails each morning. I bought these after reading reviews however after following instructions snd using beer, no slugs were caught. I did manage to catch a good few slugs by coming down at night but nothing to do with this product.I'll try again but these didn't work for us.

This thing works!!!You have to replace the beer every 2 days at the latest, otherwise the beer swimming slugs start to decompose.When I keep the traps in action my hostas grow back nicely ... Slugs prefer the beer.I am catching loads of slugs each night when I refresh their beer supply ... They might be genetically Belgian or German :-)Plastic is decent quality.

I put two down and after only one night, each one must have had around 15 slugs in. I had tried more 'slug friendly' methods to no avail - this really works. Add extra yeast for an even greater impact. Arrived quickly with very clear instructions. Very easy to use and reuse

Bought these bags with no great expectations, but the first morning after I had put the put them down, I was amazed by how many slugs were trapped overnight (the pic is of them first night collection) Tried using beer and yeast solution and they definitely prefer the beer!!I have now used it for 4 nights and with just 4 bags I have collected 2kg of slugs!!The other great thing is it tells you where the highest concentrations of slugs are. Some areas only give up a couple of slugs a night while others are full of them. So now I concentrate the bags where they are most needed
