Q: What is the rating for output current?

This is a module that converts current to voltage. That is, the input terminal inputs current and the output terminal outputs voltage. The output terminal is a voltage value, so the parameter of rated output current you mentioned does not exist. Current input supports 4-20Ma / 0-20mA, Voltage output supports 0-3.3V / 0-5V / 0-10V.

Q: Is the current input isolated? Or does the current negative terminal share a ground with Vin-?

GND and I- are tied together so I would not say the current input is isolated. You can verify for yourself by careful examination of the supplied picture of the backside of the PCB.

Q: What is the rating for output current? in other words at the 10vdc output how many amps or ma are available on the voltage output.

The function of the module is to convert the current signal into a voltage signal. The current at the output end is very small about 5-10mA, so it cannot drive the load. We also do not recommend connecting any load to the output, we have tested it, if connecting a load to the output will cause the output voltage to drop.

Q: Is the 'current source' positive terminal a 'supply' for the 4-20ma device (+ is supply voltage pass through, - is 4-20mA signal)?

"Current source" refers to the input power signal 0/4-20mA. VCC and GND are the working power supply terminals of the module. VOUT is "current to voltage", the output voltage terminal. The "current source" terminal inputs a current signal, and VOUT outputs a voltage signal.
