This is great all-purpose grease with the added attribute that's it's also food-safe. It doesn't mean you can eat it, but it means it's safe to consume in incidental amounts. I use it on everything - my vices, my tools, axles, various dollies, my lawnmower, my garage door, faucet cartridges, cracked feet, bearings, and even my Cuisinarts, Kitchenaids, and my ice maker's gearboxThis grease has the same consistency from -18F to 150F in my personal experience, I don't expect it to come in contact with any food, but no big deal if it does (other than maybe its taste or texture). it's no big deal. It's a solid general-purpose grease for most, but not all applications.

This is a high end, food grade, silicone grease. You have to look below to see it identified as silicone grease. This grease is state of the art for o-rings, plastics and rubber protection in machinery and is used in the food industry to grease these parts in machinery that needs to protect itself from contamination with dangerous chemicals or oil based greases.It can also be used in gears and machinery for lubrication but it does not have the viscosity to last very long in the world of metal on metal and the heat and friction normally involved with this type of machinery. In other words you have to use it more often than oil based lubes.This grease can easily be used in lawn mowers and small engines that do not run for hours on end or all day. So go ahead and use it, it really is good stuff. FIVE STARS!

Doesn’t work in the cold temperatures it says it does

I did not read the size on this tube. Like if I ran a commercial kitchen, this would be great. But I just needed some new grease for my KitchenAid lol. The grease is nice and it applies easily with some tools but yeah, it is a massive tube of grease. So definitely pay attention to the size on this. It's like about half the size of a tube caulk you would put in a caulking gun like it's huge.

This is the best grease I have ever used. I am not exaggerating. The fact that it is non smelling is amazing as I am sensitive to smell and using grease was always annoying. I have used it for greasing everything including squeaky cabinet doors, shower valves, furniture parts, tools, and literally everything under the sun. If you are the person that fixes everything in your house you need this. If you are not that person you still need this as it works great.

This multi-purpose food grade grease tube is ISO certified so it should be pure enough that it literally could be eaten and not harm you. In my particular case, I have a number of appliances around the house that require this type of grease so should have a good three or more years if the shelf-life is accurate on the label. This type of grease is great for super automatic coffee machines and ensures the various gaskets remain lubricated. Additionally, it works very well for our frozen drink machine as there are pull down handles with a spring and gasket combination that requires the gasket to be lubricated before installation. Overall, this is a lot of lubricant for the price point and so far would rate it at 5/5 stars.
