Bought this to do pickles. I thought it would make easy slicing of the cucumbers! Well I did chips first. Cut the potato slices as thin or thick as I wanted. Could only use smaller potatoes because of the cylendar size but it did great. Easy setting up, cleaning and storing. Even easier eating those thin crisp spuds!!! Delish!

Great slicer. Selector for slice thickness is convenient and works wonderful. I like that it folds flat when not in use.Nice time saver at garden canning season Four starts only because I wish it were wider on the slicing surface and push area to do onions etc.

Best mandolin I’ve gotten it’s fun, easy and safe. Super easy to clean and fold away. Makes me so much more likely to use it unlike some of the other bulky ones. The best is the safety box with the cap that fits perfectly so your fingers are never at risk

This new kitchen gadget has saved so much time slicing cucumbers and tomatoes. I love the adjustable thickness, and the cutting quality is great - no raggedy edges. The suction cups have been an upgrade to a previous (cheaper) slicer that I tossed out. This slicer really stays in place on my counter. Super easy to clean and folds up nicely to store in my cabinet. Wish I would not have waited so long to purchase!

this makes me feel like a Japanese sword swinger slicing up fruit in the air.. super sharp. easy to use. seems durable so far. like the various thickness sizes. don't like that the blade hits the plastic at the bottom

Very nice slicer. Just please always use the white plastic safety block to push the items in. I used it once without and ended up cutting my finger. Oops!!!

This mandolin while safe also is limited due to the feed shoot you can not make long strips of zucchini or similar veggies. It is also bulky to store. Missed the return window on fortunately. It did do good job on.Carrot coins and smaller potatoes. Just not as versitalie as I would have liked.
