Not Recommended
I have made quite a few miniature kits and this was the absolute worse. The design was poor and the instructions were not detailed enough. Pieces did not fit as tight as they should have. The spiral staircase was a disaster and in the picture that was a big selling point for me. With a lot of modifications, I finished it (I was tempted to throw it out a few times) but would not wish the frustration on anyone else.

The media could not be loaded. I would love ro have the piano that is the part that made me choose this I am so excited for this challenge it looks beautiful a replacement pieces would be fantastic

Building from scratch is Frustrating
I’ve put together several book nooks and miniature scenes, so I’m not new to this type of craft. However, this was the first kit that required me to build from scratch and I am not a fan.I love putting furniture together and putting up the walls and floors but the fun goes out the window when you have to cut out the colored paper scenes and other tiny items , folding and manipulating those tiny pieces to form shapes and then gluing those shapes in place in hopes that it comes out right only for it not to; has been so frustrating and discouraging. I haven’t made it past the third piece/step and I probably won’t pick it back up.Nothing comes out right which defeats the purpose of building the scene in the first place. I want it to look like the picture, I don’t want the “I gave it my best shot” look. Had I known I would be building everything from scratch I wouldn’t have bought it.
